Within its mandate as per TOR and contract signed between ITEG and UN-HABITAT, ITEG has undertaken training in ESRI products. The training was conducted for ArcGIS vrs 10.1 platforms (ArcMap, Arc Catalog and Arc toolbox).
The training was held in one group as per tender request. The course duration was for 5 training days, 4 hours each day with the coffee break in between.
